We have set up OneDrive to be the storage location for all of our information.
Using a common Microsoft Account we have set up one folder called Family, with each family member having a subfolder for their specific information.
When you setup the Sync application to the individual PC's - use the common Microsoft Account, but only sync the family members information to their PC.
It provides access to your "OneDrive" on any device (Desktop, Tablet or Phone), at any time.
